Durham Region Auto Repair Shop Customer Appreciation Day

We would like to thank everyone for participating and helping us celebrate our Durham Region auto repair shop customer appreciation day which was on Saturday Oct 17, 2015. What a great turnout, we would have liked a bit warmer day but we all pulled together and made the best of it. The celebration consisted of a good mixture of car and truck owners.

We had decided to have it on a Saturday due to our shortened hours of operations, we normally close at 1:00 pm on Saturdays. This allowed us more time to mingle and chat with the people who have supported us for our first year in operation without the usual business interruptions.

It wouldn’t be much of a celebration without having some food and drinks. We had BigBoysBurgers.com setup their BBQ at the side of our auto repair shop and they cooked up hamburgers, cheeseburgers, hotdogs. We also had coolers of help yourself soft drinks available to quench your thirst.

During the celebrations a new customer come into the shop looking for a wheel alignment. Arison explained to the customer that the we were celebrating the first year in operation with a customer appreciation day and that Gator Custom Auto & Performance is normally closed at 1:00pm, but he would be more than happy to setup an appointment for his SUV to have an wheel alignment done at a time that is convenient for him. Arison made the appointment and then asked the gentleman if he would like something to eat. I didn’t get to hear the customer’s reply but a few minutes later I watched as he came around the corner of the shop with a plate in one hand and a drink in the other. He also had a smile on his face.

Knowing the high standard of service Gator Custom & Performance in committed to I’m sure that I will see this new customer at next year’s customer appreciation day.
